Consortium Coordinator Mozambique

About the role

The Consortium Coordinator will serve as the focal point for a multi‑partner humanitarian consortium in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique. The role ensures quality implementation, compliance with OCHA/MHF rules, and effective coordination among partners to reach vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination among consortium members, chair meetings, document decisions and track action points.
• Represent the consortium to donors and stakeholders, manage communication and reporting to ensure visibility and compliance.
• Oversee implementation of activities, monitor progress against indicators, conduct field visits and address challenges.
• Facilitate sub‑award life cycles, support partner capacity in grant management, and ensure safeguarding and gender standards are integrated.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Public Health, Humanitarian Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, International Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading multi‑partner projects in humanitarian settings.
• Strong program management, coordination and reporting skills.
