Consultant – Microsoft Power Platform Development, AI Integration & Analytics (Remote)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking an experienced consultant to enhance, integrate, maintain and support its Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role is remote‑based and focuses on building additional applications, analytics solutions and AI‑enabled capabilities to improve data management and reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing Power Platform solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design, develop and deploy new Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards.
• Integrate Microsoft AI features, including Copilot and Power Platform AI, into business processes.
• Maintain and optimise the Power Platform environment, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Produce analytics reports, standardise data, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Document solutions and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions to build internal capacity.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, dashboard development and enterprise‑level application support.
• Fluency in English; experience in UN environments is an advantage.
