Corporate Service Center Manager

About the role

The Corporate Service Center Manager will plan, manage and monitor the implementation of banking operations activities and processes, ensuring delivery of approved operational plans efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for transactional and administrative banking issues via omni‑channel service, coordinating resolutions across the Group.
• Identify client service improvement opportunities, log complaints and compliments, and track recurring themes.
• Utilise CIB systems to resolve client queries at first contact and adhere to Service Unit processes.
• Ensure compliance with risk, legal and regulatory policies and maintain quality in cost recovery journal preparation.
• Collaborate with Servicing Unit members to deliver exceptional client experiences, share best practices and support team training.
• Support business strategy and organisational change initiatives, including client migration to new digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Services (required).
• Higher Diploma in Business Administration (required).
