Country DOPs Manager – Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a Country DOPs Manager – Expansion to lead driver operations and support market growth across new and existing cities. You will own end‑to‑end driver acquisition, onboarding, field execution, and operational performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local driver operations: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance tracking.
• Manage field execution: hire, train, and coordinate local agents, guards, and freelance recruiters.
• Monitor key driver metrics such as MR, Done Rate, Active/New Drivers and identify improvement areas.
• Run daily operational processes including incentives, payouts, recruitment flows, guard program, and agency coordination.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain operational dashboards.
• Communicate with drivers via groups and CRM campaigns, and collect field feedback to support launch and scaling decisions.
• Ensure proper handling of personal and sensitive data in line with internal compliance standards.
• Support city launches and scaling across multiple cities or regions.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of operations experience in ride‑hailing, logistics, delivery, or similar fast‑paced industries.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of operational KPIs.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and managing field teams, vendors, or external partners.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized with strong communication skills and fluent English.
