Demand Planning Specialist

About the role

The Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to develop accurate rolling demand forecasts, optimise forecasting models and support data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain a high‑accuracy 18‑month rolling forecast, integrating market trends, historical data and sales intelligence.
• Refine and optimise statistical forecasting models based on weekly exception reports and data analysis.
• Ensure cross‑departmental alignment on forecast assumptions, demand drivers and monthly demand review.
• Leverage data‑driven processes to monitor exceptions, track performance and continuously improve demand planning.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years experience developing, managing and maintaining highly accurate forecasts in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
