Energy and Fluids Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Energy and Fluids Specialist to lead the Process Engineering function within our brewery. The role focuses on optimizing utility generation and usage, driving performance improvements and ensuring process stability.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize E&F process capability and equipment lifespan, productivity, reliability and maintainability.
• Support brewing and E&F production teams with engineering principles to achieve optimal plant performance.
• Provide line support for situational and systemic problem‑solving and execute process optimisation initiatives.
• Lead small CAPIN projects, conduct capability studies and support regional capital projects.
• Coach process engineering trainees and help close technological gaps.
• Manage and implement improvement projects to enhance plant and process efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to develop project plans and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask.

• Design and commissioning of brewing and energy & fluids plants.
