Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent delivers personalised, attentive service to resort guests, ensuring every stay reflects Anantara’s luxury standards. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role handles enquiries, special requests, and service recovery throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with enquiries, dining arrangements, activities and special occasions.
• Monitor satisfaction, address concerns promptly and follow up on all requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa and other departments to fulfil guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback and VIP arrivals.
• Participate in daily briefings, communicate guest information and support Front Office duties as required.

Required profile

• Hospitality qualification or relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong English communication; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a resort environment.
