Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the management of the resort’s F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of guest service, food safety, hygiene and operational efficiency in line with Anantara’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Anantara brand standards.
• Allocate duties, conduct shift briefings, monitor attendance, grooming and performance of team members, and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and special requirements (VIP, dietary, occasions) and ensure personalised service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and health‑safety compliance, conduct regular checks and report any issues.
• Control stock, minimise wastage, assist with inventory counts and support cost‑control practices.
• Prepare opening and closing procedures, complete operational checklists and communicate issues to F&B management.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort, with prior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations and food safety/hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a guest‑focused attitude.
