F&B Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Avani Pemba Beach Hotel & Spa. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in our dining areas while upholding the hotel’s standards of hospitality. You will be the front‑line representative ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operation throughout service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and consistently apply all hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures and guest service standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason, ensuring proper handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about the hotel’s services and facilities to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Follow all safety policies to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Keep your work station clean, organized and in line with the hotel’s presentation standards at all times.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menus, including ingredients, specials and dietary options, to assist guests effectively.
