Key responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all hotel policies, standard operating procedures and personal grooming standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
• Provide guests with full knowledge of hotel services, facilities and menu items.
• Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe work area.
• Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.

Required profile

• Demonstrates personal discipline and maintains professional grooming.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities and menus.
