About the role
The Minor Hotels group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for Avani Pemba Beach Hotel & Spa. The role oversees all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire housekeeping and laundry function of the hotel.
- Set, review and communicate standards through effective training of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all public, guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas are properly cleaned at all times.
- Maintain health & safety compliance and keep departmental SOPs up to date.
