About the role
The Pest Control Operations Coordinator will lead and coordinate pest control activities across SGS offices in Nampula, Beira and Maputo, reporting to the Business Manager for the Agriculture, Food and Life department.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate pest control services in Nampula, Beira and Maputo.
- Work with leadership to meet pest control requirements according to customs needs.
- Prepare and consolidate team reports.
- Maintain strong working relationships between regional teams.
- Identify sales and market expansion opportunities for new customers.
- Monitor and control the work of subordinates.
Required profile
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership and results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent public relations and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
