Production Manager – Mining Operations

About the role
The Production Manager will lead the optimisation of mine production, ensuring that operations are efficient, safe and sustainable while maximising productivity and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise overall mine production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and supervise daily mine operations, including workforce, material flow and equipment utilisation.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Higher education in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mining, preferably in open‑pit gold mining.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Willingness to relocate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mining software: Vulcan, Surpac, AutoCAD, Opit‑Blast, ArcGIS.
- Strong command of standard Office tools.
