Resident Trainer – Leadership, Management & Professional Skills

About the role

UINGE Training Center is seeking a Resident Trainer to design, manage and deliver training programmes in leadership, management and professional skills. The role ensures high teaching quality, client satisfaction and alignment with market needs and organisational goals. Reporting to the General Director / Training Coordinator, the trainer will work both on open courses and corporate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual training calendar for open and corporate programmes.
• Organise classes, schedules, learning materials and logistics.
• Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and design tailored solutions.
• Design, update and standardise training content in leadership, management and professional skills.
• Deliver engaging, participatory and results‑focused training sessions.
• Assess participant progress, gather feedback and produce improvement reports.
• Support the preparation of technical and pedagogical proposals and tenders, and take part in client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure training complies with pedagogical, legal and institutional standards and maintain proper records.
• Contribute to learning innovation and continuous improvement of the centre.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• Trainer Pedagogical Certificate (mandatory).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in training or facilitation, including corporate settings.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Expert knowledge of adult learning methods (andragogy) and assessment tools.
• Ability to adapt content to different sectors and confidence with digital training tools.
