Site Supervisor – High Voltage Electrical

About the role

The High Voltage Site Supervisor will coordinate, supervise, and manage all contractor construction activities on behalf of the Owner. This senior position ensures that high‑voltage electrical works are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that EPC contractors follow construction drawings, approved procedures, and applicable laws before work begins.
• Supervise construction operations related to EPC contracts, managing the overall master schedule and interfacing with multiple contractors.
• Monitor progress against milestones, validate material/equipment receipts, and advise the Owner on invoice payments.
• Lead weekly construction meetings, attend daily site briefings, and produce detailed monitoring reports highlighting deficiencies, cost impacts, and corrective actions.
• Support the Owner’s HSE Manager in implementing the HSE Management Plan and conduct construction risk management.
• Review and validate weekly construction forecasts and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Required profile

• Degree in electromechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar supervisory roles on power projects, preferably with solar photovoltaic technology.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven team‑leading, partnership and change‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
