About the role

Eazi Access is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead personnel across client sites in Pemba, with future redeployment to an oil and gas project near Palma. The role focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor service delivery and customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal liability (MHSA) and risk‑assessment standards.
• Manage equipment supervision and technical operations on site.
• Report performance metrics to the Country Manager.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / N3 education.
• Supervisory or management training.
• Risk assessment training – A2.
• Legal liability training – MHSA.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese preferred.
