Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to configure, troubleshoot, and support its products for customers worldwide. The role acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design technical plans, including system architecture, functional design, and integration strategies.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical defenses to showcase product capabilities.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues during project rollout.
• Provide training and create documentation to help clients understand product details.
• Participate in quality control, gather feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related engineering role.
• Strong ability to work in complex networking environments and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
