About the role

The company is seeking a Field Surveyor to support new development projects in Maputo. The role involves conducting on‑site land measurements, capturing photographic records, and producing detailed survey reports.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out land surveys for new ventures and projects.
• Photograph surrounding buildings using a handheld device.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction teams.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.

Required profile

• Secondary school certificate.
• Experience with surveying software and GIS applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local surveying regulations.
• Physical stamina for field work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills.
