Tractor Operator

About the role

The Tractor Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently driving agricultural tractors and related equipment in sugar‑cane loading, hauling, field preparation and other logistical activities. The role supports harvesting workflows and ensures that field and transport operations are completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tractors and attached implements for sugar‑cane loading, hauling, and field preparation.
• Perform daily inspections of the tractor and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain the tractor in good working condition through routine maintenance and timely reporting of issues.
• Coordinate with harvest and logistics teams to meet production timelines.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with all operational regulations.

Required profile

• Experience operating agricultural tractors or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and equipment care.
• Good physical stamina and coordination.
