V.I.E Subcontract Administrator – Logistics (Maputo)

About the role

This V.I.E assignment is a fixed‑term, 18‑month position starting on 1 January 2027 in Maputo, Mozambique. You will join the Technip Energies‑JGC Joint Venture team as a Subcontract Administrator, supporting the logistics side of the CORAL NORTE offshore LNG project.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the local Contract Manager in monitoring change orders and additional work requests.
• Manage cost and extension‑of‑time claims submitted by or issued to subcontractors.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and payments to subcontractors.
• Participate in weekly subcontractor meetings and prepare activity reports.
• Draft contract amendments, change orders, and correspondence related to construction contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement and other disciplines to ensure uninterrupted subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Graduate from a general engineering school.
• Highly organized, rigorous and team‑oriented.
• Strong interest in contract management, commercial negotiations and project finance.
• Ability to take initiative and respond proactively to operational needs.
