Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyse user behaviour, and produce actionable insights that optimise website performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse web traffic, user behaviour and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and manage clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection with reliable backup.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) expertise.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio/Data Studio and Tableau for data visualisation.
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
• Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation.
