Audit Industry & Services Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Audit Industry & Services Manager to lead client engagements, develop high‑performing teams, and drive business growth. You will work closely with directors and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most complex organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in client management and report directly to Directors and Partners.
• Manage, coach and train audit teams to align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Support the technical development of the team, ensuring focus and motivation.
• Monitor local and national economic and business trends.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals and present them to clients.
• Strengthen internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in audit or related fields.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication, results‑orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
