Finance Control Manager (M/F)

About the role

Join TotalEnergies' Finance team in Mozambique as a Finance Control Manager. You will strengthen financial governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support decision‑making across the Marketing & Services division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, including flash and final results, and explain variances against budget and prior year.
• Manage accounting operations, including statutory financial statements and tax declarations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Coordinate SAP‑related activities for the accounting division and validate system changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise financial processes and reporting.
• Promote adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and HSSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial control or accounting.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Expertise in IFRS.
• Expertise in US GAAP.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong budgeting and variance analysis capabilities.
