Better Together & HR Projects Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Better Together & HR Projects Coordinator to enhance employee experience and engagement across the affiliate. The role will coordinate transversal HR initiatives covering talent development, diversity & inclusion, leadership effectiveness, well‑being and internal mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Better Together projects and other transversal initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, managers and Talent Development to achieve Diversity & Inclusion KPIs.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the Succession Plan and related actions.
• Coordinate the Job Posting Campaign and the TWICE committee activities.
• Lead the Manager Review Campaign, CODEV sessions and support leadership effectiveness programs.
• Deploy CARE and CARE Together programs, including CARE Week and affiliate initiatives.
• Implement the psychosocial risk prevention program and act as referent for the Action! program.
• Work with Communications to create and disseminate engaging content on employee experience and HR topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a service‑oriented role, HR experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong data‑analysis skills and ability to build reliable databases.
