Membership Agent – Mozambique

About the role

The Membership Agent will manage membership applications and records for our clients in Mozambique, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for members. This remote position works within the Momentum Group family of brands, delivering high‑quality service to members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records.
• Monitor and replenish cards and ribbons to meet minimum stock levels.
• Report operational abnormalities to the Membership Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Authorize exceptions to operational rules using the special request form.
• Keep member contact details up‑to‑date and monitor bounced emails.
• File supporting documents and produce monthly validation reports by the 3rd of each month.
• Follow membership protocols and ensure compliance with all rules.
• Develop and adopt new tools or systems as required to improve processes.
• Promote a positive working environment in line with internal policies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with proven administrative experience.
• Knowledge of membership administration and customer service.
• Strong communication, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Accurate data management and record‑keeping skills.
