Package Superintendent – Warm End

About the role

The Package Superintendent (Warm End) will lead a team of up to 20 personnel on the TotalEnergies LNG project in Afungi, Mozambique. This rotational position (28 days on/28 days off) supports the construction and commissioning of two LNG trains and associated facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and enforce HSE commitment across all contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with HSE, quality, schedule and cost requirements.
• Analyse contractor performance, identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved plans, procedures and national specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, authorities and vendors to meet key project deliverables.
• Gather lessons learned and provide feedback to the project team.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering or construction degree (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, or related).
• Significant experience supervising construction activities in large-scale industrial projects, preferably LNG or energy.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in remote, high-risk environments.
