About the role
The Aftersales Field Technical Support Coordinator will oversee and coordinate last‑mile warranty swap operations in Mozambique, ensuring operational continuity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all swap activities, ensuring timely execution and SLA compliance.
- Oversee level‑2 troubleshooting and cosmetic repairs at local collection hubs.
- Coordinate with Sales Ops, reconcile aftersales stock, and collaborate with CX, Sales, Logistics and QMS teams.
- Audit field activities, support root‑cause analysis, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track cost per swap, forecast stock requirements and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (bachelor’s degree advantageous).
- 2–4 years experience in aftersales, field operations or technical support.
- Proven experience managing field teams and coordinating logistics.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with NAV and helpdesk systems.
