Agile People Operations Intern (Remote, 3‑Month Volunteer)

About the role

Culturelligence is seeking motivated students or recent graduates to join its global remote team as an Agile People Operations Intern. Over a three‑month volunteer program, you will gain hands‑on experience in modern HR practices, talent acquisition, and employer branding while working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Conduct research on talent management and agile people‑operations methodologies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review.
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal people‑operations processes and workflows.
• Contribute to employer‑branding initiatives and social‑media engagement.
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or a related field.
• Strong interest in agile people‑operations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a remote setting.
• Access to a personal computer with internet connection.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
