Cash Sales Officer

About the role

The Cash Sales Officer will support the development, commercialization and marketing of cash management products, with a focus on electronic banking solutions. Reporting to the Cash Management Head, the role works closely with Corporate and Investment Banking teams to drive revenue and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell collections, payments and other cash management banking products to corporate clients.
• Lead RFP processes, generate revenue from owned products and resolve platform issues.
• Identify new sales opportunities, build and manage a pipeline from origination to deal closure.
• Support Relationship Managers in client engagements, solution design and deal structuring.
• Collaborate with product, pricing, operations, technology, risk and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve revenue, deposit and client penetration targets while maintaining profitability thresholds.

Required profile

• Background in banking or financial services with experience in cash management solutions.
• Strong understanding of payments, collections, liquidity management, account services and digital channels.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor on working‑capital optimisation and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
