Cluster Supervisor – Niassa

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Cluster Supervisor to lead M-Pesa and GSM field activities in the Niassa region. The role ensures stock availability, supports field teams, and drives sales performance while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Cluster Sales Representatives, including one‑on‑one meetings, call reporting and face‑to‑face management.
• Plan and execute daily visits of SVs, M-Pesa agents and stores, and monitor their performance.
• Collect market insights, propose solutions and report to the Territory Manager across GSM, M-Pesa, marketing and retail.
• Organise market attacks, set up sales stands, allocate resources and raise product awareness.
• Manage device allocations, stock distribution, starter packs and M-Pesa float to ensure continuous availability.
• Oversee post‑sales activities such as reconciliations and kick‑side monitoring.
• Recruit and onboard SVs and M-Pesa agents, and resolve operational issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Engage with radio partners, identify new opportunities and promote Vodafone’s brand locally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of telecom services applied in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to train team members on handling complaints.
• Empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard.

Required skills

• M-Pesa platform knowledge.
• GSM network familiarity.
