About the role
The Network Developer will work from the head office, supporting the creation and maintenance of a strong relational network among economic players. The role involves anticipating environmental changes, identifying project opportunities, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse grid consistency in built‑up areas and investigate potential development projects (road networks, highways, town planning).
- Study possibilities for creating, rebuilding, or acquiring service stations and contribute to network segmentation.
- Prepare prioritized investment programmes aligned with profitability objectives (IRR, NPV, payback) and present them to senior management.
- Ensure HSE standards are met for all investment files and coordinate with sales, legal, and technical contacts.
- Lead external negotiations with local authorities, public services, lessors, and land owners; renegotiate leasing terms for operational sites.
- Monitor project execution, coordinate commercial acceptance of reconstruction and modernization projects, and conduct safety visits.
- Perform post‑investment follow‑up, reporting observations, analyses, and conclusions to management.
Required profile
- University degree in business or engineering.
- Self‑starter with strong anticipation and tenacity.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
