Company Site Representative (CSR) – HCV 1 North Sea Atlantic

About the role

The Company Site Representative (CSR) will act as the client’s on‑board lead for the Mozambique LNG project, overseeing the installation of 10‑inch production flowlines and associated equipment on the TFMC Deep Energy vessel during the 2026‑2027 campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise reporting staff on the vessel and report directly to the EPCI Installation Manager.
• Assist with technical appraisal and supervision of the pipelay campaign, focusing on Reel‑lay installation of 18 × 10" flowlines and PLETs.
• Represent the client on‑board, ensuring all installation activities comply with approved documentation, HIRAs and project‑specific risk assessments.
• Review design, plans and procedures submitted by the contractor and verify alignment with project specifications.
• Lead the client point of contact on the vessel, manage the supervision team, and determine appropriate manning levels.
• Coordinate HSE integration between contractor and company plans, conduct safety walks and hazard hunts.
• Provide daily, weekly and milestone progress reports and supply verified data to the project reporting system.
• Manage change orders through detailed risk assessment and MOC processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in offshore installation and pipelay projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment and Management of Change procedures.
• Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams in a vessel environment.
• Technical expertise with Reel‑lay installation and 10" flowline systems.
• Effective communication skills to liaise between client, contractor and internal teams.
