Country Lead: Fleet

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for a Country Lead: Fleet to head all fleet operations in the assigned market. The role is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle fleet is reliable, safe, compliant with regulations and delivered in a cost‑efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensure fleet safety standards are met and continuously improve safety performance.
• Maintain compliance with local transport regulations and company policies.
• Control fleet budgets, monitor costs and drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the local fleet team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large vehicle fleets or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve cost‑saving targets.
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating teams.
