Experience Host – Guest Services & Cultural Hub

About the role

UAUU Tours & Safari is seeking an Experience Host to join the newly launched Mafalala Experience Hub in Mozambique. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through cultural, culinary and community‑based activities that showcase the country’s rich heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome local and international guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests throughout their stay, answering basic questions and helping with check‑ins and bookings.
• Introduce visitors to the range of experiences offered by UAUU, from live music to cultural evenings.
• Support food and beverage service, prepare simple drinks and set up guest areas.
• Maintain clean, organised and welcoming spaces and manage basic stock supplies.
• Help guides prepare for tours, handle guest communications and booking administration.
• Organise equipment and materials for events and assist the wider operations team during busy periods.

• Basic proficiency in English.

• Interest in tourism, hospitality and Mozambican culture.
