Financial Crime Compliance Supervisor – AML/CTF

About the role
The Financial Crime Compliance Supervisor will lead operational monitoring activities to ensure the bank complies with anti‑money‑laundering (AML), counter‑terrorist financing (CTF) and broader financial‑crime regulations. Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance, the role combines detailed transaction monitoring, risk assessment and support for investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute monitoring plans, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and ensure accuracy in all monitoring tasks.
- Identify, assess and document compliance risks, assisting in the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business units by providing guidance on compliance matters and escalating issues as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of compliance initiatives and contribute to strategic projects.
Required profile
- Higher Diploma in Law (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in ambiguous regulatory environments.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.
