Hospitality Trainer – Guest Experience & Academy

About the role

The Hospitality Trainer develops, delivers, and coordinates hospitality training programmes for &Beyond Benguerra’s in‑house trainees and employees. The role blends classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and on‑the‑job coaching to ensure staff can provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the &Beyond Academy curriculum through classroom instruction, practical demos, and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that accommodate different learning styles.
• Conduct training across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, hospitality standards, and professional communication.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide regular feedback, and assess competency through practical and theoretical evaluations.
• Work alongside operational teams to provide hands‑on training in real work environments.
• Ensure training aligns with the &Beyond Academy framework and certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, assessment results, and learner portfolios.
• Coordinate assessments and qualification processes to achieve successful trainee certification.
• Track and report on trainee performance and programme outcomes.
• Partner with lodge leadership and departmental managers to identify training opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality training or a related hospitality operations role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with lodge management and departmental teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences and adhering to brand standards.
