Internship Knowledge Management – Social and Behaviour Change (SBC)

About the role

The Knowledge Management (KM) Intern will join UNICEF Mozambique’s Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) team. The role focuses on documenting best practices, organizing knowledge products, and supporting the sharing of programme insights with partners and learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Document SBC best practices, case studies and lessons learned.
• Compile and synthesize content from health, child marriage and other programme sections.
• Support the creation of briefs, project summaries, presentations, slides, infographics and podcasts.
• Assist in preparing internal learning materials and external visibility content for web and other platforms.
• Contribute to the organization of knowledge repositories and the development of KM tools, templates and processes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about knowledge management and SBC programming.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities to turn programme data into clear documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the SBC team and external partners.
• Interest in supporting learning culture and programme visibility.
