ITS Performance & Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The ITS Performance & Cybersecurity Manager will lead the information technology strategy for the TEPMA1 project, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, robust cybersecurity, and effective budget governance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning, risk management, and operational oversight to deliver secure, high-quality information services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce IS strategy and policies that meet long-term objectives and group standards.
• Manage the ITS annual budget, consolidate reporting, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee change-management communication across all stakeholders.
• Act as SOX control owner, performing, documenting, and evidencing required controls.
• Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose Disaster Recovery Plan and cybersecurity framework.
• Lead the five-year IS roadmap, coordinating with HQ and affiliate teams to align digital initiatives.
• Supervise the Affiliate L-ECSO, implementing enterprise risk management and HQ directives.
• Promote a cyber-aware culture through training, consultancy, and practical support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in an IS-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of experience in information services, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity, international governance, and information management.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural settings.
