职位概况
岩井整形外科病院招聘技术研修医，提供为期6个月以上的脊椎内视镜下手术培训，完成后可累计50例以上手术经验。
主要职责
- 学习并熟练掌握脊椎内视镜下手术技术。
- 参与整形外科门诊及病房的日常工作。
- 承担每周一次的科研工作。
- 根据需要参与夜间当直。
任职要求
- 持有医师执照，具备外科基础。
- 有意向在脊柱内视镜手术方向深耕。
- 能够接受每周4.5~5天的工作安排。
必备技能
- 脊椎内视镜下手术技术。
- 基本的外科手术操作能力。

- 年俸1000～1400万日元（含当直补贴），根据经验可调整。
