Policy Advocacy Partnerships Manager

About the role

TechnoServe is seeking a Policy Advocacy Partnerships Manager to lead and coordinate the enabling‑environment component of the GV4G programme in Mozambique. The role will work closely with the Agência do Vale do Zambeze, consultants, sector associations and private‑sector partners to translate policy evidence into concrete programme actions that support green investment and market‑system development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate policy advocacy, public‑private dialogue and institutional engagement for GV4G Output 3.
• Support government engagement, reform coordination and follow‑up with the Output 3 lead.
• Facilitate collaboration among Nitidae, consultants, sector associations, financial institutions and development partners.
• Ensure that evidence, reform priorities and stakeholder inputs are integrated into programme implementation and investment outcomes.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance, quality of deliverables and alignment with broader GV4G objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in policy advocacy, partnership management or related development work.
• Familiarity with agribusiness value chains, especially soy, cashew or coffee, in a low‑carbon or climate‑smart context.
• Ability to work with government agencies, private‑sector actors and international donors.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results.
