Pricing Administrator

About the role

The Pricing Administrator will capture and maintain client pricing information and process financial adjustments on accounts, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and DP World’s governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver work activities to meet set standards and satisfy customers.
• Attend learning initiatives to improve quality and skills.
• Execute tasks according to operating procedures, service level agreements and compliance processes.
• Plan and organise daily to quarterly tasks to meet performance targets.
• Receive, record, resolve or escalate client queries and orders, providing regular feedback.
• Process financial adjustments on client accounts and maximise financial performance.
• Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial or specialist capacity.
• Basic knowledge of client/customer liaison, commercial principles, and contact‑centre management.
• Intermediate administration knowledge.
