Quantity Surveyor (m/f)

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support the project team by providing accurate measurement, cost control and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle. This role ensures that all quantity surveying documentation is prepared for economic planning, procurement, staffing and client invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quantity surveying sheets for economic planning, procurement and staffing.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure correct invoicing to the client.
• Conduct quantity surveying for each task to assess actual workload and contract performance.
• Carry out monthly surveys of completed work and draft surveying sheets in coordination with the site engineer.

Required profile

• Professional training in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of contract and customer management.
• Excellent planning, organization, analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to use AutoCAD.
