Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment (Junior & Senior)

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking motivated Sales Specialists to join its Heavy Equipment division in Mozambique. You will promote a range of agriculture, construction and mining machinery, representing a global leader in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet pipeline and collection goals.
• Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for multiple product lines.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to showcase products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Record and update all activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the line manager.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum matriculation (Grade 12); tertiary education is a plus.
• Sales experience in the engineering machinery or heavy‑equipment industry (e.g., mobile crane, tower crane, concrete equipment).
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Knowledge of construction, mining or agricultural equipment sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
