Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for expanding client relationships and delivering technology‑driven solutions. You will identify new opportunities within existing accounts, craft compelling value propositions, and work closely with client management and internal teams to secure qualified leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain subject‑matter expertise across multiple technology domains and solutions.
• Support the closure of sales opportunities by addressing technical challenges during the sales process.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape, market pricing, and emerging trends to shape sales strategies.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to understand and integrate their solutions into NTT DATA offerings.
• Engage clients to uncover business goals and articulate solution‑focused deliverables.
• Prepare and conduct client workshops and presentations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain clear account plans, generating pipeline and tracking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the capacity to discuss them with both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across various client levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align proposals and execution.
