Senior Project Analyst / Field Officer (Mozambique)

About the role

Dimagi is seeking a Senior Project Analyst / Field Officer to join its Global Solutions Division. Based in Mozambique, you will work directly with project teams to design, implement, and monitor high‑impact digital health solutions for public‑health partners across Southern Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Dimagi, implementing partners, and Ministry of Health stakeholders in Mozambique.
• Provide on‑the‑ground implementation support, including site visits, training, capacity‑building workshops, and hands‑on technical troubleshooting.
• Lead requirements gathering, translating field needs into clear technical specifications, workflows, and effort estimates.
• Design and configure CommCare applications that meet user‑experience and data‑quality standards.
• Support data analysis to ensure mobile‑collected information is meaningful and actionable.
• Develop and maintain functional, technical, and training documentation for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project delivery for health or development programs, preferably in low‑ and middle‑income country contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with ministries of health and local implementing partners.
• Strong facilitation skills for training, capacity building, and stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent analytical and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Mozambique for field activities.
