Supply Chain Roles – Manager, Coordinator, Warehouse, Storekeeper, Buyer

About the role

Newrest Mozambique is expanding its supply‑chain team and is looking for professionals to fill several positions, including Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper and Buyer. The roles support the full value chain from raw‑material procurement to delivery on the tarmac across a multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise logistics flows between suppliers, warehouses and operational sites.
• Manage procurement activities, negotiate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Support store‑keeping functions, including receipt, storage and issue of materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital factory projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain management or related functions.
• Experience working in a multi‑site environment; knowledge of the oil & gas sector is a plus.
• Fluent English; Portuguese strongly recommended.
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt quickly in a dynamic, international setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically the in‑house Winrest platform.
• Strong IT process knowledge for digital logistics management.
