Technical/Quality Project Supervisor (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical/Quality Project Supervisor to lead the refurbishment of a fuel terminal. This six‑month fixed‑term position will oversee both technical and quality workstreams, ensuring that all works meet safety, regulatory and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project oversight from initiation to completion, defining requirements and coordinating with the contractor’s team.
• Review technical documentation, drawings and method statements for compliance with standards.
• Supervise construction and engineering activities across all fields and systems, ensuring work aligns with approvals and permits.
• Enforce HSE regulations, conduct site inspections, and maintain ISO 45001 compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between internal operations (Terminal Manager, Regional Operations Manager) and external parties (contractors, suppliers, regulators).
• Produce regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar technical or quality supervision role with a strong track record.
• Solid understanding of construction, engineering and HSE standards.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
