Human Resources Manager – Lead HR Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support and shape the HR strategy for BLT Company, overseeing both administrative and talent functions. This senior role ensures the HR department delivers high‑quality service and aligns workforce planning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in HR strategy development, providing insights to the Group HR Manager and General Manager.
• Design, implement, and monitor HR projects and initiatives.
• Lead the HR team to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Develop and execute recruitment and hiring strategies aligned with company needs.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify HR bottlenecks and devise solutions.
• Manage applicant assessments, conduct interviews with managers, and advise on candidate suitability.
• Analyze workforce structure, recommend headcount adjustments, and propose internal reorganisations.
• Define job descriptions and profiles for all positions.
• Coordinate performance management and career development processes.
• Identify training needs, develop key competencies, and oversee training programmes.
• Supervise payroll administration, ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality.
• Update compensation models and salary tables in coordination with senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and ensure expatriate processes comply with local regulations.
• Liaise with HR system developers to enhance HR management modules.
• Engage with trade unions and governmental labor authorities as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll.
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and experience handling expatriate matters.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and department managers.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
