Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Matola warehouse. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that receiving, storage and dispatch of medical and animal‑health products are performed safely, efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Organise stock locations and maintain optimal layout for fast picking.
• Supervise inventory counts, cycle counts and stock reconciliations, guaranteeing accurate documentation of all movements.
• Allocate tasks, coach and monitor warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards, including proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and other internal teams to support timely order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a regulated healthcare or pharma environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
