About the role
As the Front Office Manager at Anantara Bazaruto, you will be the heartbeat of the guest journey, turning arrivals into memorable stories. You will lead a team that delivers effortless luxury service while embodying the brand’s Thai‑inspired hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the Front Office team to provide personalised, story‑driven guest experiences.
- Ensure seamless arrival, stay and departure processes for all guests, including VIPs.
- Uphold luxury service standards in a relaxed, barefoot resort environment.
- Train staff on storytelling, emotional connection and service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to create fully integrated guest experiences.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, embodying the Anantara ethos in every interaction.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in front office operations within luxury hospitality.
- Strong understanding of front office systems, standards and operational procedures.
- Natural storyteller with excellent communication skills.
- Charismatic, confident and emotionally intelligent leader.
- Experience in remote or resort settings is an advantage.
